Made of polyurethane, this underlayment is ideal for waterproofing critical areas. This system is an elastomeric coating used under our Sunbelt 1100 system where flexibility or structural concerns also exist. We apply it directly over the plywood or primed concrete resulting in a dry film thickness of 30 mils.
